ad litem (court-appointed attorney) to represent
the child. The dynamics of the child’s living
conditions, the school he/she is attending,
church affiliation and other family members in
his/her paternal and maternal family support
systems. This area of the law is extremely
emotional and you will need a dedicated attorney
who is likewise working for the best interest of
the child to assist you in any custody matter.
